You have been judged.
You feel unloved.
Feel the whole world is out after you.
But I'm here, I'm here for you.
And I promise you, we'll see it through.

You need a laugh or two?
Well that's what I do.
So don't be blue.
I'll be here for you.
And I promise we'll see it all through...

Hold onto those dreams.
Let out all those screams.
Because no matter how hard it all seems...
In the end it will all be redeemed...

So hold on.

Life's not done.

So hold on...

Let out your hair.
In the sunlights glare.
Let the whole world know...
That you're here to glow.

Life is too short.
Life is too Short: By Lewin Griffin and Bottomless Pit Studios.

I feel that there is too much negativity in the world, it is why I make comedy comics...

The world needs laughter.

It was working on my latest comic, that I felt a brand new urge to attempt shelling out another piece of poetry...

This to me, is a weird feeling. I've never been one for poetry, never... yet now, I love it.

I'm still new to poetry, but I feel I need to keep doing it, I love it.

And with that said, I hope you'll love this too. :)

Here is some other work by our other writers here at the Studio:
The grey wolf. A lone, grey wolf yawned as he rested on the soft snow. Hunters had been tracking him since daybreak, but he needed to rest for a moment. He eyed his surroundings and listened for footsteps. He took one last glance around then bowed his head and began to sleep.
SNAP. The wolf looked up, a branch had snapped in the woods ahead. There was a deadly silence with no animals daring to move. The wolf stood up and sniffed the air, the hunters were very close. He could smell four of them hiding in the darkness of the woods.
CLICK. The wolf charged at the noise. He didn't even make it to the edge of the clearing before he was shot. He toppled over an
Something to Fight Sometime I find it hard to breath!
Sometimes I hate this against my chest,
Pushing on I continue to fight!

Breath is harder now,
Hazy vision blinds me,
But this hell won't stop me,
From bringing you down!

Got to keep myself from dying!

Sometimes I find it hard to breath!
Sometimes I hate this against my chest,
Pushing on I continue to fight!

You believe I am nothing,
This is when you song your song,
Of how you were so wrong!

Got to keep myself from dying!

Sometimes I find it hard to breath!
Sometimes I hate this against my chest,
Pushing on I continue to fight!

For this is not the end of my days…
Strange or Normal Strange and weird,
Can this be the normal?
Can I say that we are normal?

Normal, could it be,
The new strange and weird?
But how is one normal?

When you live in a house of heros,
Who really is the normal one?

Days go by that one is left wondering,
Why is that the strange and weird,
Are what they are,
Yet….

Why is normal soon call as such?
Strange and weird?
Can I say that we are normal?

When gifted with various talents,
We all live in a house of heros,
We stand tall and smile.

Even if it's strange and weird,
We know we're normal!

Thanks, I sure hope I do. I've gained so much respect for literacy in attempting this, that I've decided I will do these now as part of my regular updates. Thank you for encouraging me to continue. :)

"I do a lot of screaming, it seems,
But still hold on to my dreams.
It's that which keeps me going,
All the while I'm knowing,
That some day it will end,
And back to the Earth I'll blend."

All these comments got piled under messages and I only just found them... when I saw your message my heart honestly jumped. I've always been a comic artist, and literacy is new to me... so to have inspired someone, even though my poetry is only in early stages as I continue to learn, it's just awesome.

Thank you for the amazing comment, I hope my future poetry continues to inspire. Honestly, thank you, and thank you again for commenting. :)

Literacy is a beautiful thing & opens so many more doors than mere illustrations can. With poetry, the field is vast & the forms are many  & it doesn't always have to rhyme ;)

You are most welcome & wish you the best of luck in your new explorations :)

This is all new to me, I've never attempted poetry up until now however I'm glad so many people are honestly enjoying it as you all have been.

As for learning this sort of stuff, you'll pick it up quick if you ever decide to learn. It's rather fun and challenging. You should give it a try. :)
