Chronicle Aftermath Fanfic Part TwoThe men were all monitoring machines that glowed brightly in the darkened facility as the corpse of Andrew began to slowly change over the weeks before their very eyes. The wound on Andrew's chest had become no more than a darkened patch of skin. Cut and fractured skin from the shrapnel, glass and stray bullets of the Seattle Incident were barely even visible as scars now. Andrew's skin was slightly illuminated with a very faint ocean-blue light that could just barely be seen. One of the guards was about to fall asleep when another slapped him on the back of the head. "Hey, nutcase! You want this kid to wake up and tear us apart?! Pull yourself together - this kid is a threat to the entire EARTH!" The guard sitting at the desk didn't even have the helmet of his NBC suit on, which also apparently had a control panel on the belt with various buttons, possibly for Psi shielding.
